Special requirements for the power supply when the old and new certificates are changed</span></strong><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Since the new regulations have changed the test requirements for the power supply part, and most of the power supply components in the whole product are certified power supply components, the CQC certification center is roughly divided into the following three cases for the renewal of the certificate of the whole machine:</p><p>1) <strong>For the whole machine of category 08 products, </strong>you need to wait for the internal or external power supply to complete the version change before updating the certificate.</p><p><br/></p><p>2) <strong>For the whole machine of category 09/16 products</strong>, as long as the company can promise the following content, it can update the certificate without waiting for the power supply to complete the version change。</p><p>Promise Content：</p><p>Our company has required the suppliers of key parts to complete the revision of the GB/T 9254.1-2021 standard within the specified time limit. This product application is certified according to the GB/T 9254.1-2021 standard. If the key parts of the product are not changed as required in the follow-up, our company is willing to bear all the consequences of violation.</p><p><br/></p><p>3)<strong> For certified products sold without adapters,</strong> According to the resolution of TC10, it is necessary to bring the power adapter to supplement the test when changing the version (preferentially use the adapter provided by the manufacturer, if the manufacturer fails to provide it, use the adapter provided by the laboratory, and specify the provider in the data report), and the power adapter is included in the auxiliary equipment.</p><p><br/></p><hr/><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 176, 240);"><strong>5. Factory inspection requirements during replacement of old and new versions</strong></span><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>1) Since the deadline for the revision of GB/T 9254.1-2021 has not been released, the inspection team can complete the inspection <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">according to the standards stated in the existing valid certificates</span> during the implementation of the supervision and inspection process.</p><p><br/></p><p>2) Before the release of the safety GB 4943.1-202X standard, if the certified company has not implemented the work related to the GB/T9254.1-2021 version change, the inspector shall record it truthfully in the supervision and inspection record, and make a note on the attached page of the factory inspection report. Notify the certification company of the requirements for changing the standard version, and <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">will not issue non-conforming items for the time being.</span></p><p><br/></p><p>3) For the case that the product certificate has been updated to the new standard, but the report content has not been updated, the factory inspection will complete the inspection based on the content in the original report.</p><p><br/></p><p>4) According to the requirements of the Standard Law: After the implementation of the new standard on July 1, the products produced and delivered by the factory must meet the requirements of the new standard. Regardless of whether the product certificate is changed or not, the production needs to comply with the requirements of the new standard.</p><p><br/></p><p>5)&nbsp; At present, the factory inspection and law enforcement requirements vary from place to place. <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">Each manufacturer should pay attention to the sampling inspection requirements of each place and evaluate the risk!</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><br/></span></p><p>The current implementation plan of ShenZhen is 1) as long as it is produced and shipped after July 1st, it must be tested according to the new standard; 2) if there is no production date, and there is no identification standard number, it must be tested according to the new standard;3) If there is no standard number marked on the production date, the test shall be carried out according to the marked standard;</p><p><br/></p><hr/><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 176, 240);"><strong>6. EMC standard version transition problems</strong></span><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>1）When is the deadline for the EMC version change?</strong></p><p>Due to the approaching time for the version change of GB 4943, the CQC Certification Center has not announced the deadline for the EMC version change for the time being. This is to prevent enterprises from wasting too much resources on the certificate change. When the implementation time of the new GB 4943 regulations is confirmed, the deadline for EMC version change will also be confirmed and announced.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>2）After the new standard takes effect, can products produced according to the old version continue to be shipped and sold?</strong></p><p>It is recommended that enterprises release the products produced by the old version before July 1.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>3）If the change application after July 1 does not involve a certificate change, can the application be made according to the old standard?</strong></p><p>It does not involve the change of the certificate, and the change application can be applied according to the old standard.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>4）The equipment certificate is sold with an adapter, but the power adapter is still the standard of the old version. Will it affect the replacement of the whole machine? Or must the adapter be replaced before the whole machine can be updated?</strong></p><p>You need to change the version of the power adapter first, and then update the version of the whole machine.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>5）If the product produced after 7.1 needs to be rectified to meet the new version of the standard, should the version be changed before continuing production?</strong></p><p>After July 1, enterprises are responsible for producing products that meet the requirements of the new standard, regardless of whether the certificate is changed or not.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>6）For certificates derived from the &quot;ODM certification mode&quot;, do I need to wait for the prototype certificate to complete the standard version before changing the version?</strong></p><p>Yes.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>7）The CCC certificate of the factory derived from the &quot;OEM certification model&quot; has been cancelled.
