Chile SUBTEL published report requirement: the laboratories that issue Test Reports submitted to SUBTEL for type approval must have at least two international accreditations

The Chilean official gazette published EXENTA 1985 that the laboratories that issue Test Reports submitted to SUBTEL for type approval must have at least two international accreditations. To ensure the quality and objectivity of the test results.

BTL has the qualifications of three international certify bodies, A2LA/CNAS/TAF, which fully meet the requirements of SUBTEL.

In addition, SUBTEL published some changes related to unlicensed bands as below,

- The EIRP limit for the frequency band 5150-5250 MHz is now 250 mW EIRP (Item J.1 Exenta 1985)

- Bands have been opened for use by Internet Of Things (IoT) applications (Item K Exenta 1985)

BTL had many experiences for Chile and Latin countries for testing and certification and we will provide stable and high quality international certification services for customers.
