1.      When can the FCC Logo be used on the product label?

Section 2.5 FCC Logo of KDB 784748 D01 describes the following:

Devices authorized under the SDOC procedure have the option to use the FCC Logo to indicate compliance with the FCC rules.

 The FCC Logo shall only be used on a product that has been tested, evaluated, and found to be compliant in accordance with the SDOC procedures.

2.      What kind of FCC Logo should be used?

This web (https://www.fcc.gov/Logos) provides three different colors of the FCC Logo.

Two different kinds of FCC Logo, one F is acute angle, one F is right angle. Which one should be used on the product label? Or are both applicable?

Is there any risk if the wrong FCC Logo is used on the label of the product that has been sold?Does the wrong FCC logo on these products need to be corrected in the future?

FCC response:

1. We understand that there is some difference in the F’s. However, we are asking you to use Publication Number: 784748 for Labeling Guidelines. Use black.

2. No, there is no risk. However, we ask that in the future you use FCC logo in Publication 784748. Also, please be aware that the logo is optional.
