On January 16, 2020, the European Chemicals Agency ECHA issued a resolution that four substances are added to the SVHC list. These four new substances have reproductive toxicity and may cause serious harm to human health and the environment. Till now, the SVHC list has included 205 items.

REACH SVHC adds 4 substances as follows：

BTL kindly reminds that products contain more than 0.1% of SVHC substances, and the total amount of SVHC produced / imported in the article exceeds 1 ton each year, enterprises will need to notify ECHA or transfer information in the supply chain. Importers and producers of articles containing these four new substances have six months from the date of their shortlisting (2020/1/16) to notify ECHA.
